What is Speed, Pace and Time in Jogging
When we Jog, to chart our progress over the year we use the following to measure.

Speed - similar to the speedometer in our vehicle it measure how may kilometers or miles per hour. It shows how fast we are going but it can vary during a long run.

Pace - Pace measure the time take to cover one Kilometer or one Mile, the pace which one can sustain in a jog over a distance measure one's physical capabilities. Pace will vary if the tarrain is different over the whole jogging course.

Time - Time to joggers is a measue of the achievement of completing a race eg 10KM or a marathon, if tracked it also indicates one's physical abilities.
